Helix by HL, the innovative generative AI assistant transforming private market investing, has successfully concluded its Seed+ funding round, securing $6 million at a post-money valuation of $26 million. The round was spearheaded by FINTOP Capital, a distinguished venture capital firm known for its strategic investments in cutting-edge financial technology.

Originally introduced in June 2023, Helix is a collaborative initiative between TIFIN, the leading AI platform for wealth, and Hamilton Lane, a globally renowned private markets investment manager. This private markets-focused platform, fueled by Hamilton Lane's proprietary data and industry expertise, aims to simplify alternative investing and equip wealth advisors with the necessary tools to navigate this intricate asset class. Helix is strategically designed for seamless integration within wealth platforms and digital marketplaces used by advisors and investors seeking private market allocations.

The funding round marks a significant achievement for TIFIN's TIFIN.AI initiative, which collaborates with leading financial services firms to develop new AI platforms, enhancing partners' capabilities in the evolving landscape of AI-powered wealth technology.
